Brent is a veteran of financial services who began his career 1991. Brent is a Registered Representative with the Financial Industry regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
Brent is a graduate with high distinction and departmental honors from Murray State University earning a Magna Cum Laude designation in both Accounting and Finance.
Brent has secured several industry licenses and certifications to assist his clients. Brent maintains certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and he obtained education and testing with the College of Financial Planning and holds certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
Brent is also a member of the AICPA and has met necessary requirements and testing for his designation as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) awarded to CPAs specializing in personal financial and investment planning.
Brent's family has lived in Western Kentucky for many generations. Brent is a grandnephew of Paducah native son, Alben W. Barkley, former Vice President of the United States.
